Shipping policy

Standard orders

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped to monitor its status (note that some items with free shipping, such as small sticker and bookmark orders, ship via First Class Mail, which does not include tracking). 

Preorder book shipping

Orders that contain preorder books will not ship until ALL the books in your order are released. If you want your order for released books to ship sooner, please place separate orders. Preorder books usually ship on or slightly before the release date, to arrive as close to the release date as we can.

Note that some books that are hand-signed by the author and/or include author-provided swag may ship up to several weeks after the release date because they must release, be shipped from the warehouse to the author for signing/swag, and then be shipped to us. Some releases may also be delayed in arriving from the warehouse. We always strive to ship your books to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping damages or incorrect fulfillment

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@winkandwoo.com within 5 business days of receipt so we can help resolve any issues. We're committed to happy customers! However, shipping carrier damages or lost packages are beyond our control, and you must address those via a claim with the shipping carrier. IMPORTANT: If you selected USPS Media Mail, your package is not insured and any losses or damages will not be covered by the post office (higher shipping tiers, such as Ground Advantage include insurance up to $100).
